Ultrasonic flowmeter is an instrument that uses ultrasonic waves to measure fluid flow rate. Its working principle is to use the relationship between the speed of ultrasound propagation in the fluid and the fluid flow velocity, and calculate the flow rate by measuring the time difference of ultrasound propagation in the fluid.

The MEZOLEN ultrasonic flowmeter consists of multi-channel ultrasonic transducers, with two paired ultrasonic sensors, one serving as the transmitter and the other as the receiver. The transmitter emits a beam of ultrasonic waves into the fluid, and the receiver receives the ultrasonic waves and determines the flow velocity by calculating the time difference of the ultrasonic waves propagating in the fluid. In the ultrasonic flowmeter provided by MEZOLEN company, the unique and excellent digital signal processing chip can effectively filter media and pipeline noise.

The system has temperature and pressure sensors internally, which can perform temperature and pressure compensation calculations on the flow rate, and integrate functions such as volume correction and flow computer.

Identify different flow fields based on signal characteristic peak detection, and have patented fluid medium discrimination methods, Reynolds number automatic correction methods, and internal parameter correction methods to reduce the impact of turbulence and component changes on flow measurement inside pipelines, thereby improving measurement accuracy.
